, we can still help you out based on your family size and annual income!
We apply you for grants so you don’t have to pay if you qualify. We will provide you with family planning services on the same day you come to the clinic -
so you don’t have to wait for an exam or birth control method
. Bring the following items to your visit IF you have them available and want to know whether you qualify for FREE services: a state issued ID or Driver’s License or other form of ID; proof of income - check stub (within past 60 days) or WIC voucher / child’s Medicaid Info / food stamp award letter; and a birth certificate
